Tope Babade

Mr. Tope Babade holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management from the esteemed University  of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria in 1984 and  a M.Sc in Urban & Regional Planning from the same institution in 1987. 

He acquired industry experience in Knight Frank & Butley, a leading real estate Firm  in Nigeria, as well as Wemabod Estates Limited as Estate Surveyor before joining  the Lagos State Ministry of Lands where he voluntarily retired as the Head of the  Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) section to pursue his passion for academics. 

He is currently a lecturer at the prestigious University of Lagos where he lectures  courses in Estate Management as well as Entrepreneurship & Corporate  Governance. His passion for impacting practical knowledge into his students made  him set up a practice. 

He has been involved in a number of high profile real estate transactions within  Nigeria and he has been invited to speak on various real estate topics at seminars  and conferences both within and outside Nigeria. He can be contacted on  topebabade@gmail.com
